The hotel's location was central, in a great part of town. The staff was accommodating and outstandingly accommodating, with nice attitude.

The bed of mine was hard.

The place was fairly clean and staff was incredibly nice. The room was individually decorated and large especially with balcony when I arrived. Its service was perfect. Plus, I was able to park the car nearby.

Stunning location, we were close to the center of hundreds of restaurants, from the cheapies to very good establishments and a tram which will take passengers to the Duomo. Found I Navigli, it's just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. They offered good breakfast in the bar.

Liked this pleasant accommodation with amazingly great and welcoming staff on shift. The room I stayed in was huge in mini bar. A hairdryer, a bidet, and bathrobes were very handy.

The location was absolutely perfect: shops and many good shops were within walking distance. Btw, we admired Basilicas Park, based at a medium distance from the hotel.

I've booked double room especially with balcony and everything was perfect.

Clean, small hotel, I truly enjoyed extremely spacious rooms and nice staff. The location was central, magnificent in the Navigli area. And it was also just next door to the city centre. Tbh, had a fantastic stay for one night.

It was in the central location by the Navigli canals. Perfect service, though a few employees were terrible rude. The room was individually decorated and large in general, with large bathroom.

Had an exceptional time. Loved this clean and nicely decorated place, competent staff and themed rooms. I booked a room with a really big bed, a big balcony, an adjoining terrace, and a storage. A rain douche was huge and everything was fine.

Loved this gorgeous and pleasant hotel, easy to find, with extremely competent staff on shift. The room I booked was spotlessly clean in mini bar. A shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet were available there. The property has great and stunning location right by a tram which will take passengers to the Duomo, very pretty and restaurants on Ripa di Porta Ticinese. After long day I visited Le Trottoir a la darsena for a couple of drinks.

You guys made my stay great. Wake-up service, available in my suite, was a nice bonus. The staff was exceptional and the breakfast was satisfactory. The venue was set in the central position next to restaurants and Navigli. Besides, the hotel was 1 km away from Still.

i enjoyed staying here. pleasant and chic hotel with best staff on shift, everything was perfect. i had breakfast in the bar and everything was appetising. the room was impressive with a lovely view, i felt comfortable there. the location was incredible for traveling around milan, so close to nightlife.

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish, would recommend. Came in Milan to relax and have fun, this small hotel was perfect place for doing it. The staff were accommodating and the restaurant was great! The location was marvellous and easy, a 10-15 minute walk from Base;)))

Worth its 4 stars. 15 min walk to the heart of Milan. Liked being nearby a tram stop.

Of course, we would recommend it to all. The hotel was located short way from porta ticinese and other tourist attractions.
