The staff are lovely and great and really care about the guests. The location is great and comfortable and they have parking nearby. And the area is charming just off two metro lines, Malpensa Express train stop and numerous commuter train lines converging as well as Garibaldi station.

The staff were incredible and very responsive day and night. The location of this hotel was best possible. In Da Franco, located nearby I had Italian meals.

Disappointing aspect was smelly bathroom.

There were central heating, an iron and an electronic key card in my beautifully maintained and clean room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, slept well, and I had kitchenette.

The location was marvellous and convenient, just a pleasant stroll away from Monumental Cemetery. It was located in a quiet area.
