Spotless units and extremely friendly staff at the reception desk. Fine food and family atmosphere.

The location turned out to be unbeatable and exceptionally nice, really close to the Duomo and other cultural sites, less than 10 minutes by foot to DUOMO, and Milan with good services.

The hotel met requests, I would happily go back again. The room was cheap and airy, the property was fairly clean. Near a tram station, the location was excellent. After long day I visited The Railway for a couple of drinks. The restaurant was good for lunch and dinner, I tried hot dishes.

The breakfast was very good with the coffee in the jugs, sweets and rolls, had everything you could want.

The staff were not very good, didn't expect that coming.

Appreciated Milan, the hotel was excellent value in the centre clean. There were large beds and a hospitality tray and nice sheets inside the room. The location was excellent and unbeatable, really close to navigli and porta ticinese area and missori metro line. Cafeteria Time Cafe' located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The breakfast was awesome with the coffee in the jugs, the usual continental offering of rolls and sausages, worth the price. The room we booked was decent size with modernish bathrooms.

Facilities were good, though Wi-Fi was very poor.

Fairly clean hotel, excellent location to sightseeing, astonishing breakfast. The breakfast for a Cappucino from the waiter. Exceptionally attentive staff at the reception desk, a decent size rooms.

The staff were DELIGHTFULLY HELPFUL and responsive hole time of my stay. I've booked standard room with modernish bathrooms and everything was very good.

Old-fashioned hotel with extremely helpful staff. Good sized rooms, had a very nice stay in September. Large bed, a complimentary tray and nice sheets. Easy check-in, parking close to the venue. WiFi provided.

The room was exceptionally nice and attractive, even so its views were ugly.

Pity, but the beds were bad.

Truly enjoyed the way our a nice size standard twin room with a kitchenette was.

The property was peaceful with incredibly attentive and caring staff at the reception desk, I loved the stay. I've been here for 2 nights, the breakfast was astonishing with jam, sludgy coffee, the usual continental offering. The location was excellent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a grand opera house. Btw, the airport was 10 km away.

The location was fab - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was tidy and provided with coffee and tea plus the bath as expected. The staff was caring and responsive with advice and suggestions;))

Thank you for the stay this time - will certainly stay here again. The venue is modern, fairly clean and the location is excellent close to a restaurant close by for a late dinner and duomo and city center.

The whole experience was perfect. It was an upscale hotel - I liked respectful staff and awesome location. The service was good with an easy check-in. Moreover, I parked nearby.

had a very enjoyable stay in september, recommend this place. the room was tidy and luxurious and well maintained. had no problem using their private parking, the internet was fast. location: the hotel was next to a metro station and a grocery store, subway and duomo. plus, we stayed within walking distance of a shopping mall.

Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. It was set within walking distance of Missori subway station. Restaurant here was fabulous. Bed was comfy, we really loved it...

Moreover, free Wi-Fi was great.

Room was a good value. The hotel’ s setting within short walking distance to everything we wanted to explore, like palazzo reale.
