We had a triple room with central heating, coffee/tea making facilities and a work desk. We got a bidet too. Location: the hotel was next to the metro.

It's nice base for visiting some must see attractions in Milan. The double room overlooks inner courtyard and includes tea/coffee making equipment and refrigerators...

I would say it's useful base for staying and exploring Milan. And it's 20 km from Linate airport.
