The room was airy & neat with tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast was delicious and tasty at many of the nearby establishments; the staff were amazingly nice.

Fairly clean property with incredibly nice and accommodating staff on the reception desk. Continental breakfast with variety of options. Safe area, very central location right by central train station, metro, and buses to airport, and the Penny supermarket and other subway stations. Again, not far from Saint Saviour Pimlico.

Would not hesitate to return there for the location, it was particularly good.

It was a homey place, had outstandingly accommodating staff on the reception desk. The breakfast was plentiful with mortadella and cakes, the best I had in Milan. This hotel was located in a very central area just off the metro, tram or bus, Very close to central train station and the airport.

Fine food for dinner and breakfast. Perfect and exceptionally nice location close to many restaurants, and 15 minute walk from Buckingham Palace. Based near Train station and airport, the Milan Central railway as well as metro and shuttles to the Airport, and a water fountain.

I appreciated the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were very very helpful. My guest room and bed were very clean. The service was very good. Its unbeatable, very central location was a plus. A few times I ate at Seafresh Fish Restaurant, located just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The hotel was in a marvellous location just off the Rail Station, the main landmarks, and the Milan Central railway as well as metro and shuttles to the Airport. Beautifully designed and reasonably large units with comfy bed, great decor, for instance, and the staff were incredibly nice!

The location was great and handy, within walking distance of Piazza Gae Aulenti. There were a shopping area and a market around the hotel.

Comfortable location to an underground station close to the hotel. Again, walking distance to Milano Centrale railway. Large breakfast with great coffee for 10eu for all tastes.

The rooms where good-sized with an air conditioner, plenty space, and coffee.

The location was unbeatable to Underground which was very convenient. Moreover, it's near Very close to central train station, the centre of the city,4 stops to the Duomo Cathedral and railway st. The decoration was beautiful, nice styled and airy room.

Had a such wonderful stay for one night. Greatly enjoyed the room with a double bed picture, my bed was large. The food was perfect with lots of options.

Had good stay for one or two nights or business trip. The location in a good area was perfect and nice and there were shopping centres and a market nearby. Moreover, the hotel was near Milano Centrale railway. Easy to get to a train station, as it was close to the venue.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unfriendly.

Magnificent location in Milan, near to Milan train station, restaurants, metro station and bus stops, and the Milan Central railway as well as metro and shuttles to the Airport. Also, in the Center of Milano. Modern looking units with great decor, water to drink, as for instance. The breakfasts at many of the nearby establishments.

Very small bathroom, too small room.

The room was beautifully designed and reasonably large with large beds and exterior views. The continental breakfast included a good choice of meals.

Quaint little and reasonably priced hotel that has amicable staff on the reception desk. The double room is air-conditioned and stylish. The venue has a magnificent location next to nice restaurants.

The units are beautifully decorated and well-organised with 2 twin beds. The location is handy and incredibly comfortable, 5 minutes' walk to Piazza Duca d'aosta.

The location was great and handy - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Our guest room was equipped with 2 years old kids, bathroom, shower.

The rooms were new-fashioned and airy, had smoke detectors for safety. The bed was large, my stay lasted for 1 night.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Newly decorated and clean place to stay in, it has attentive staff on the reception desk. Make sure you stay in the guest room for kids age 2. The breakfast is large, fine food.

It was just perfect 1 day, will be returning here soon. I was offered a savoury breakfast with great coffee for 10eu. The service here was excellent.

It's nestled in a very very good building with good location near a Metro stop. The staff is fairly friendly and outstandingly accommodating at all the levels.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Had savoury continental breakfasts with sausage, cakes plus fruits. The location was amazing, not too far from Egg.
