The staff was welcoming and pleasant the entire time. The best part was the boxed breakfast.

The room was fashionable & new-fashioned. The location was fantastic, relatively near Royal Palace of Milan. It was about 10 km from the airport.

This is a hotel go-to for Milan! The property is fairly clean with a nice design, and the boxed breakfast is satisfactory. It has great location to see Piazza del Duomo.

Absolutely great place in the heart of Milan. Spotlessly clean rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. Variety of facilities such as: a lounge and a balcony. Very kind, great people working here.

I liked the room, it was decent size and well-designed with coffee machine and mini bar plus the modern spacious bathroom.

The location was magnificent in a very quiet area, next to Duomo, Galleria, La Scala, Metro, the center and the main church and all of the shopping and food amenities. The staff was really friendly and outstandingly accommodating and solved our problems immediately. The rooms were reasonably large in general, with a balcony.

A decent size and fashionable units with the modern spacious bathroom, very comfy firm bed, as example, and the staff were pleasant. The breakfast was good, had a very good stay on holidays.

The location was very central, great for a cathedral and a church located close to the hotel. I liked good breakfast served daily. The stuff was incredibly nice, so I would absolutely stay here again.

Nothing it was perfect.

The staff has always been caring, and the facilities were really good. Stylish and decent size rooms were available. Its location minutes from restaurants and bars was absolutely perfect and magnificent.

Everything was very good, with pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff, met the demands. The room I booked was large in the modern spacious bathroom.

I had twin/double room with windows overlooking city and extremely comfy bed.

It was as expected, had a very very good stay on holidays. It was fairly clean, breakfast was satisfactory. The setting of hotel was magnificent and incredible, pretty close to almost everything.

Everything was very good and lots to do. The hotel had a very central position very close to the highlights of Milan, all the attractions and La Scala. It also was very close to metro.

The property was in the heart of the city. Moreover, an underground station was opposite the hotel. All the employees were welcoming and kind. The boxed breakfast included plenty of meals.

The room was spotlessly clean, provided us with lovely picnic basket breakfast, mini bar, coffee machine. The decor was nice. Its location at a walking distance from a shopping mall was great and magnificent. The staff was really kind and welcoming at all levels

The total stay was very very good on holidays. Bed & pillows were large, I slept well. The location was unbeatable for walking around a cathedral church.

tbh, had a really enjoyable stay on holidays. liked spending my time in this fairly clean small hotel. the double room i got was complete with an electrical kettle, lovely picnic basket breakfast, as for instance. it was bright, had nice decor.

Overall it was a good stay on holidays. The rooms were airy in the modern spacious bathroom, everything was very good! It was in a brilliant location close to Royal Palace of Milan. Also, I loved to be close to restaurants and bars.
