The location was marvellous, to the center of Milan on foot with easy access to all the main shops and a supermarket.

The room is romantic and functional with 2 well appointed bathrooms, everything is very good. It offers an ideal location and has friendly professional and hard-working staff from the receptionists at the front desk.

The bedroom was quiet and elegant. Its location was great near the center.

We got sumptuous fruit juice, fresh fruit, bread, pastries, and meats for breakfast. The location was perfect and easy next to a tram station.

My breakfast was lovely and exceptional with different cheese, pastries and fresh fruit. The location in a natural area was marvellous and easy and there were a shopping area and a bakery nearby.

The hotel is fairly clean with a lovely design and based in a truly lovely building. The staff is exceptional and incredible. The units are silent, reasonably spacious. The location is very central, near to super shops en route. Plus, the venue is 5 km from Colnbrook West.

Make sure you stay in the superior queen room with the view of the inner courtyard.

My suite was silent in very elegant japanese style. The setting was beautiful, close to the main shopping areas, a very highly recommended restaurant, Da Giacomo and a metro station.

It was about 10 km from the airport.

Very good check-in, marvellous and easy location just next door to Milan over the years on various occasions, the surrounding cafes and restaurants and the Duomo and a very highly recommended restaurant, Da Giacomo. Besides, very convenient to Dialogo nel Buio Cultural Center.

Had a superior room with very charming decoration, complimentary bottled water plus terribly furnished and I liked it. The location was marvellous and beautiful, close to all major attractions, in the fairly quiet area. Pleasant staff, gave a lot of information.

It was in a very central setting to the Brera district. The bedroom was elegant and immaculate. The staffs were understanding & welcoming. I truly enjoyed this hotel and would come there again.

It made our trip to Milan an PLEASANT experience. We had a superior double room with central heating, a safe and a mini bar fridge. Visited their restaurant Rubacuori couple of times.

Just 10 minutes walk to teatro alla scala, also right by many other tourist areas. We could have lunch in Victum set within 400 feet. Best hotel experience
