My must haves' are a new-fashioned, functional room with cotton sheets, big comfortable bed, as example.

Got neat room with bathroom and a TV. Very good service during our stay.

Very rude staff!

The rooms were neat with a sink inside, the staff were honest. The location of the hotel was very central, adjacent to the train station and buses to airports, and especially to Malpensa Airport.

Very very nice and honest staff at the reception desk and the facilities provided were excellent. There was variety of food for breakfast, it was FABULOUS.

The property was brilliant and exceptionally comfortable with very-very nice staff at the reception desk. I greatly enjoyed the room with bathroom inside eso. This accommodation was in the very central location near to everything. Stazione Centrale district was worth exploring.

The unit we got was tidy and cheap with a bathroom and balcony. Everything was good.

Modern neat rooms, they are provided with towels provided and cotton sheets plus shower. Its location to central railway station in Milano is particularly good and marvellous.

The hotel was in an unbeatable location close enough to Milan Centrale `` Train Station '' and the railwaystation. Again, Grattacielo Galfa was nearby.

Planned to see Milan major attractions and it was nice comfy base for visiting all of them.

All in all great setting close to transport, and buses to the airports, especially to Malpensa Airport. Extremely comfy bed, new-fashioned room with an awesome view to a mountain of garbage in the building's courtyard.

Lovely small and pretty accommodation with very polite stuff at the reception desk. Central area, very central location very close to the central train station, and train station metro and airport shuttle. Plus, walking distance to Sant'agostino Church.

The location is unbeatable and excellent, to catch a couple of hours sleep between trains. A guest room with a sink inside has basic facilities you need.

The double room was modern with a bathroom, the fan, as example. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, in the center of downtown.

The hotel was placed in the central location opposite the station. I liked the food, it was great.

The stay here was wonderful for a night. The location was very central, adjacent to the main train station, good internet, airports and rest of Italy and Europe and buses. Stazione Centrale district was worth visiting.

In overall, the place is comfortable, has especially helpful and attentive staff at the reception desk. The room is a nice size and air-conditioned with private bath and bathroom.

That was brilliant and pretty hotel set in crowded area, not far from Central Train Station and bus station from/to the airport as well as the center of downtown. We booked double room that was complete with a sink inside which was helpful and a reasonable sized bathroom plus air condition as advertised.

A crowded area, marvellous and magnificent location near random airports, railways station and buses or trains. Spotless unit with good shower and bathroom.

The room seemed neat and cheap, the bed was extremely comfy. As for me, wake-up service available, and awesome views were advantages. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Piazzale Loreto was marvellous and unbeatable. It was fairly clean, I would come here again.

No reason to complain, the venue met requests, couldn't recommend more it. I appreciated this old-fashioned hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. It was in a very central location, near Buenos Aires shopping area.

The hotel offers variety of food that was great. The rooms here are new-fashioned and neat with its own bath. The airport is 10 km away, easy to reach.

The venue was lovely small and pretty, I greatly enjoyed the location just next door to Buenos Aires shopping area, city center, and Very close to the train station, and city views.

there were comfy beds and an electric kettle, central heating and an iron inside the room. the view to a mountain of garbage in the building's courtyard was incredibly beautiful, liked it. the location was magnificent, near a train station, so it was really easy to travel around. the hotel was in a busy area.

The room was warm, it had a shower and a hair dryer. The staff was accommodating on arrival and throughout the stay...

Had queen room with bathroom and wake-up service was available in it.

The hotel was located near to metro. We where met by attentive, kind personnel. Besides, our parking was onsite. Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Block.

All in all, it was fine base for travelling to Milan. It had central location close to Shiseido Spa Milan.

Location: the hotel was close enough to Malpensa buses and the airport. Everyone we encountered was accommodating and great.
