The staff helped us and were excellent co-operating. The location was exceptionally nice and ideal, in an elegant palace with easy access to a main shopping street and a shopping street.

Our room itself was good-sized and romantic with a ' private ' bathroom

The staff were good, marvellous and stunning location in the heart of Milan. The double room was beautiful and the bed was very comfy.

The bathroom was cold.

The location was comfortable and perfect, 10 min walk from bus station.

Very central location just next door to a metro station, major city attractions and many local restaurants and bars, greatly enjoyed it.

Everything was amazing, including its quiet atmosphere. The local staff was affable. The room was well-designed and large and with a fridge. I came here for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay.

Our favourite, nice central hotel in Milan with really kind and excellent co-operating staff. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Convenient location in a very nice area, right by the main shops and cathedral, and the Duomo. Again, not far from a major street. The property of choice in Milan.

Everything was fine, though we stayed for 1 night only. The staff were kind and our room was great-sized and lovely romantic. Loved our rooms with a fridge.

It was large, bright and with a balcony.

Had double room with ac, free treats, for instance to ensure we had a really comfortable stay. The location was great for us - near to pubs and restaurants.

this good central hotel is quiet with kind staff. the location is marvellous, enjoyed to be near to some leisure places, we've visited pubs and restaurants.

The atmosphere created was QUIET. The triple room we stayed in were stylish with a balcony.

The hotel's location was very central, right next to a Metro stop...

Overall it was romantic with a fridge. The decor here was delightful.

Thank you for a quite comfortable stay. The rooms are reasonably large and bright here with amazing balconies, double bed plus a ' private ' bathroom.
