Fairly clean property with very modern design, and large American breakfast. Normal double and well heated rooms with comfy beds and wake-up service. Knowledgeable, excellent people working here. Early check-in and friendly service. Easy parking nearby.

The breakfast was large and delicious and located within 400 metres from Pimlico tube station was a plus. Had normal double and good-sized room with an extra bed, and I couldn't ask for more.

Pretty bad views and Wi-Fi was bad.

Got a delicious breakfast included. Everyone was supper friendly. The hotel had a good location close to Sainsbury's. Close to the train station, it was a plus.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 3 nights, even so everything was perfect. Every staff member was pleasant and consistently courteous. It was in a remote location, in a very quiet area. What's more, it was so close to elegant Milan, Mico center and the centre.

Booked an executive king room with an extra bed. The breakfast was delicious with both savory and multiple egg options, for instance and attention to detail. The staff was competent and efficient, some of them especially.

Central location of this pet-friendly hotel was a bonus. The rooms were normal double and new-fashioned, with a backyard view. The staff were outstandingly accommodating, breakfast was delicious.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel overall. Everything was modern, supper friendly staff, awesome location next to a nearby cafe/convenience store, tram and train and Milan Cathedral. I was here for 1 night and ate at designed restaurant with superb service.

We greatly enjoyed being there. Accommodation was reasonably large and gorgeous, beds were very comfy. The breakfast was marvellous with the great coffees and every taste, for instance and exceptional staff.

We stayed in a new-fashioned room with city views, the staff were superbly friendly. The hotel had a marvellous location close to Sant'ildefonso Church.

The location of this hotel close to a tram station to the city centre and canals was perfect and excellent. The staff was competent and efficient, the room was brand-new with spa access and sofa bed plus TV.

Breakfast was tasty, lovely views, magnificent location very close to tram to the metro or the city center, the shopping area and restaurants and many restaurants. The staff were exceptional and always had a smile. My superior double room and all facilities were fantastic.

The total stay was lovely for two nights. Booked a room with great views of the lake. This accommodation had a central setting in a nice area of the city. The designed restaurant and modern bar, we greatly enjoyed them.

I had a wonderful experience here, everything was very good, the location was incredible near to public transport from there, a nearby cafe/convenience store and a tram stop right outside. The executive queen room was new-fashioned and had a comfortable bathroom. The hotel offered a large American breakfast. Welcoming services were available.

i have stayed in double room with access to public transport, ac and good beds for 1 night. it was short walk to the centre, sempione park and the castle, marvellous location overall.

We only stayed here for 4 nights, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was excellent. Its location was unbeatable and pleasant, so close to Sempione Park and the Castle.

Everything was perfect here, and the views where amazing. The place had a comfortable atmosphere. The location was easy, in front of a bus stop, if you need it. Also, the area was good.

So glad we choose it, it's excellent base for staying in Milan...

We liked it, its rooms and staff. There's Bar Pizzeria Barbagia with nice shots next door to the venue. It deserves its 4 stars...

Came in Milan to relax and have fun, this hotel was great base for doing it. Reception staff was helpful all the time. Loved the junior suite and the way it was setup. Moreover, there is a parking on site.

away from hustle and bustle, but easy to get to a tram stop. we were able to visit sforzesco castle that was next to the hotel. breakfast was great, we appreciated it.
