The service was exceptional, nothing to complain about. My room was neat and silent with a very comfy bed as well as 2 bathrooms. I greatly enjoyed having plentiful and wonderful breakfast for all tastes. The hotel had a marvellous location near a metro.

The breakfast was bountiful for all tastes; the staff were truly outstanding.

The location was great for me as it was near to many good restaurants, close proximity to metro station and Fondazione Prada and museums.

We stayed in a nicely decorated room with lovely bedroom. The staff was very very helpful and incredibly attentive, took good care of everyone. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect and excellent location, close to an underground station. The property was set in a lovely area.

Nothing too much trouble, we spent a really really nice time here. Stayed for 3 nights, the hotel was reliable and clean, it had lovely and incredible location near the main attractions. We greatly enjoyed sitting in the restaurant for breakfast.

New-fashioned and soundproof rooms had a coffee machine and a storage. The location was great and lovely, around 10-15 minutes walk from a large shopping centre.

The venue was clean and the staff were highly efficient and best. We ate in the terrific restaurant for dinner each evening which was reasonably priced. It had an extremely comfy bed and included a clean bathroom a bidet, guest toiletries, and bathrobes. The service was outstanding and the pool was amazing.

The hotel was great modern and very upscale, I liked its patient staff. I ate at a very large restaurant for breakfast. It was decent size, included a comfortable bed plus a coffee maker and a storage. The venue had an unbeatable and excellent location close to Parrocchia Sant'andrea Parish. Also, the area was lovely. Close to an underground station, a shopping centre and posh shops were not far as well.

The bathroom I had was a bit small.

The room is airy, comes with use of spa, a double bed and the feel of a grand ballroom. Plus, the location is great and lovely, minutes from thermal baths.

Hotel turned out to be clean and the breakfast option was generous and outstanding. Room was fabulous and warm and available with balcony, the bathroom and comfortable beds. In overall the room was romantic and with comfortable beds. Central location very close to a metro station, it was in a residential area. We could drink something at Pub Bere Buona Birra, located 1 km away.

The best thing is location - right by the metro station, Milano for 25 years, a pleasant 30 minute walk. Porta Romana district deserves to be explored. The units are elegant, MAGNIFICENT with a bathtub, very comfortable beds, for instance.
