The room was tidy and fabulous with breakfast included, and I slept very well. The breakfast was sensational and well presented with omelette and filter coffee, as for instance.

The triple room I was given was complete with king size bed, a nice updated bathroom and amply space.

Everything was excellent, including very welcoming staff on the reception desk. I enjoyed a hot and delicious breakfast with cheese and pastry, as for instance. The triple room I stayed in was updated with breakfast included. The hotel was set in a very central area next to the main shopping area and centre of Milan, train, tram, metro stations, and the fantastic restaurant. Besides, Longford Pump was 4 km away from the property.

Special brand-new place with marvellous and lovely location close enough to Lake Como, Lugano, and Portofino, the expo and connections to other cities and the Stazione Centrale and the newly rejunevatwd Porta Nuova area.

The room was tastefully decorated and brand-new, had private bathroom.

Whole place was fairly clean with incredible views; comfortable location to other beautiful areas of northern Italy. The staff was competent and best, the service was very good, they shared some useful information. The buffet breakfast was healthy and had a wide range of meals.

We were there for 3 days, everything was really good, loved its exceptionally nice location so close to restaurants and cafes and other sites in the area.

The room was well-appointed with king size bed and amply space plus a terrace, could leave my car onsite. The personnel was caring and attentive. Very central location was a plus. Just a 15-minute walk away there was Gioia tube station.

Had an awesome stay during 2 nights, glad I've chosen it. The employees were absolutely lovely and kept it all fairly clean. The marvellous and brilliant location was next door to a public square.

Some people working there were a little rude.

The room was spotless and fancy and offered shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet, so that guests had essentials. Had a buffet breakfast, found it to be the best.

My triple room with good facilities, a balcony views etc and bathroom was fancy. There were an electric kettle and a refrigerator upon arrival.

My favourite property in Milan. Cool place with COURTEOUS staff at night shift. Magnificent and brilliant location: 5 minutes' walk to metro station. Stylish and fancy room and a stylish bathroom. The pool area was amazing too.

actually, the room was new-fashioned, it also had a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet. the place had a quiet atmosphere. the team provided a very good service. besides, the location was superior for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of red.

Actually everything was really good. The location of the hotel was peaceful - within easy walking distance of Egg. We loved the triple room which was elegant. The staff was efficient, and requests were handled quickly.

We lovely spend 1 night in Milan. The room we got was luxury and impressive. The location was brilliant and easy - just 5 minutes' walk from Red. And it was also just off central station, Milan and fab restaurant. The vibe here was quiet. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

The room seemed a bit small.

Everything there was perfect and the staff were pleasant. The location was magnificent, for example, Red was not too far from the hotel. Moreover, it was not far from the central station, restaurants and the Milan Central train / metro system. We had street view with an exceptionally comfortable bed.

for tea and goodies visit feel bar, located close by. the people there where polite at all times. hotel was quiet, we liked street view from our king room. the customer service was excellant too.

The venue was close to galleria vittorio emanuele ii. If you walk 10 minutes, you'll find Caiazzo subway station.
