The room was good sized and fully-equipped, I truly enjoyed it. And it had a pleasant view of the mountains. The vibe here was elegant.

This was a really good stay for 3 nights. The room was fully-equipped with old bathroom, excellent breakfast, as for instance and I felt safe. I had a very good breakfast with views over Milan and scrambled egg, as example. Excellent and amazing location, the staff were attentive. Enjoyed this low-budget hotel, recommend.

I had an airy superior double room with a breathtaking view of the mountains.

Everything was perfect, exceptionally nice staff made our stay such wonderful. The rooms were new-fashioned and beautifully maintained with a king size bed. The location of the hotel was great and amazing - just a pleasant stroll away from Buckingham Palace. Furthermore, the area was nice. An authentic restaurant was perfect.

The room had not so nice views.

Beds were hard.

We got an outstanding superior queen room. Our accommodation was set in a central location right by more practical shops for everyday requirements and historic center and shopping mall.

Nicely equipped room with reasonably spacious bathroom and great breakfast.

The hotel had a good and absolutely perfect location to QT8 metro station which is very near. Moreover, it's close to the city centre and San Siro stadium, a shopping center, and San Siro Stadium.

Some of the staff were a bit rude.

Everything was first-class, exceptional service, handy location not far from the centre, Navigli district or the Giuseppe Meazza, market, laundry and other amenities and Parco Sempione, Castello Sforzesco, Brera and so on. Amazing and sensational breakfast with a great selection of food.

The location was great, a 10-15 minute walk from Fiera Milano City. The restaurant here was perfect for the dinner, we both ordered freshly cooked dishes.

I came here for 2 nights and had a lovely stay. The staff was VERY POLITE, the breakfast was amazing, everything was perfect. Great and stunning location close to public transport made it easy to get to key attractions.

I greatly enjoyed the hotel! Had an excellent stay on a business trip. All the employees were very nice and fast. The room was airy and neat with a big buffet breakfast, a large comfy bed plus free coffee. The location in a great area was marvellous and there were a shopping mall and a market nearby. I ate in the authentic restaurant nearby. Btw, the airport was 15 km away.

the room was airy and tastefully decorated with good features very clean. the entire staff were efficient.

The unit we got was great-sized and airy with proofing a very special taste of decoration, an ironing board, as example. Everyone from the staff was super friendly and amazingly kind. The location was central, easy to festival.

The rooms are brand-new and airy, with an electronic key card, a satellite TV and a study table.

The superior queen room was nicely equipped and the bed was very comfy. The place had an elegant atmosphere. The excellent service and the attention to detail! Moreover, private parking was available. The staff were accommodating, the location was particularly good and unbeatable. Plus, it was really close to the San Siro and the centre of Milan and tram and simple exit to the motorway running to Malpensa airport.

We visited castello sforzesco that was adjacent to the hotel. Close to a tram stop. It was definitely 4 stars for us. Certosa neighborhood deserves to be explored...
