The staff were really helpful and provided help. The whole room was neat and had a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities, and television. The hotel served coffee and croissants for breakfast. Had a great time.

Planned to see Milan major attractions and it was superb base for visiting all of them. The location in safe area was quiet for us. Got the same twin room booked online, loved that.

peaceful location for visiting milan, it's so close to safe area, milan and metro stops. the staff is really helpful, as well as owner. the guest room overlooks inner courtyard and includes a microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines and refrigerators.

All of the staff was accommodating and gentle and attentive to guests. The location was excellent for exploring this safe area, really close to Lidt supermarket and Carrefour market, a residential area and Milan, Italy. Also, we were 2 km from popular place such as a huge Medieval-Renaissance fortress.

The staff members were accommodating and nice. The property's location was comfortable and excellent, in a residential area. I tried some drinks at bar Frida Kafe, located 5 minutes walk away.

Everything was superb, loved our really great stay. Every staff member was accommodating and gentle. The room was impeccably clean and packed all that was necessary. Excellent location - a short walk to everywhere we needed.
