The jewel in the crown was decent staff. The setting was PERFECT, close to supermarkets, both Piola and Loreto metro stations, from which one can easily get to the city centre and main railway station and tram station. It also was near the metro stop.

everything was simply perfect. asked for deluxe twin room and it was perfectly clean on the lower floors. the location in a very quiet area was particularly good. you could walk to a shopping mall and a bakery. the restaurant was pleasant, i ordered fresh dishes.

The room was comfortable and elegant and included an iron, multi-channel TV and a writing desk, greatly enjoyed it. Meals were freshly made, and there was Osteria dell'utopia near the hotel. Our stay there was really comfortable.

The hotel met needs, I would love to stay here again. Had a good stay during my visit, everything was fine. The rooms were modern & heated with 2 double beds. The location was relatively quiet, close to restaurants and cafes. A shopping mall and a bakery were right next door.

Don’t have any issues at all.

The hotel has a decent location close to city center. Overall the staff is very very helpful.
