Charming and clean accommodation with absolutely perfect and incredible location near to shops nearby. Best, efficient staff towards all guests. What an extra special stay, nothing to complain about.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel and will be back. The bedroom was newly remodelled and top-notch.

Particularly helpful people working here, ideal place. Tastefully decorated and well-appointed units with comfortable kingsize bed, free soft drinks, bath robes. Nice decoration in the rooms, magnificent and fantastic location.

Well, there was no elevator.

I had a perfectly pleasant stay here and will be back. The room was a nice size and it had a hair dryer, a bidet, and shower caps, that's cool. The hotel was placed in the central location next to the tram. What's more, it was near to the cathedral as well as train station, park and Bologna center.

We were greeted by extremely friendly, excellent staff.

Place was fairly clean, everything was amazing. The location for Milan was perfect and incredible, adjacent to the centre of Milano, and metro, Malpensa express train and shuttle bus. Spent our evenings in nearby That's Wine enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

Everything was excellent, but we stayed for 1 night only. The staff helped us with check in. The location steps away from a museum and a theatre was particularly good and fantastic. A cool bonus was Ice & Coffee, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee. We ate at the in-house restaurant.

It offers TERRIFIC services. We will be back, thoroughly enjoyed it.

This perfect hotel was in very central location to restaurants off the tourist area. Plus, it was so close to shuttle bus to the airport as well as shops.

We have booked double room with view on the back, rose petals, all equipments for 4 nights.

Everything was simply perfect. The venue was romantic and incredibly beautiful, I truly enjoyed the location just next door to trams drive at all hours of the night, the Duomo, which was handy to nip back to, and train station, and city views. The staff was attentive and best throughout the day. The location was magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a grand opera house. It also was to restaurants off the tourist area.

The location was marvellous and incredible, just next door to central Milano, close to the Duomo, La Scala, the Brera Art Museum, and the Castelvecchio, the Duomo and two metro stops, and metro stations that connects to major train stations, in a shopping area. It was stylish, spotless and with view on the back.

The venue was ideal, I enjoyed the stay and the location was fantastic near the tram apart from that, the Cathedral of Milan, and the center of Milan. Overall it was nicely decorated with comfortable kingsize bed.

Our experience was very special from the moment we checked in, would stay here again. Romantic venue, excellent location short walk to duomo metro station, the shopping centre and shops nearby, really enjoyed our stay. It was tastefully decorated, top-notch and with comfortable kingsize bed.

The venue is charming and wonderful. Polite staff and attention to detail. Location adjacent to popular shopping streets, and next the cathedral. Also, to major train stations. Plenty of food in the hotel, in-house restaurant.

we appreciated our stay here. we were offered deluxe room with heating, a mini-fridge-bar and an electric kettle which were very good. also, museo del novecento was just a few steps away from the hotel.
