The breakfast was extensive with sparkling wine included and sparkling wine and attention to detail. Enjoyed to spend 3 days in our fully-equipped grand deluxe room with sweets as well as pink roses.

The place is high-class and well-designed and has magnificent location to nice restaurants with a local touch. Make sure to get family quadruple room with large beds, pink roses decorations, for instance.

Beautifuly designed family-friendly place with perfect location right by a maze of corridors as well as the Duomo with several shopping galleries adjacent. Savoury drinks at lobby bar, very good service.

Comfortable modern and brand-new units with a nice view over the cathedral. Perfect bed, a mini bar, a storage, and a safe box, great room. Genuinely helpful stuff, easy check in. Good food and exceptional service. The family feel of the hotel. Location: unbeatable and incredible, close enough to the Duomo and the Galleria as well as the La Rinascente department store. Besides, easy to get to Sainsbury's.

Pleasant and clean place offers gorgeous breakfast and pleasant location next to almost everything. The room is big size with awesome views of the cathedral. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, really! It has a combination of an excellent service and a family ambience. Happy to have a bar in the lobby.

We have booked deluxe double room with very nice modern facilities. We ate at a top-notch restaurant for an excellent lunch or dinner.

Had great stay for next shopping trip. The staff members were very pleasant and suggested local places. The family room with balcony had basic facilities you need.

Didn't find swimming pool which we wanted.

The weather was wonderful, had brilliant stay on my second visit. Food was great, staff was extraordinary service-minded and professional. The room was brand-new and tastefully decorated, included a storage, an iron, and climate control. I really enjoyed to spend time in the cosy lobby bar.

The venue was high-class and well-designed, I loved the location just next door to the Duomo of Milano, the Rosa Grand, and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II shopping area, and cathedral views. It was in a very central setting to several restaurants nearby. Plus, a huge Medieval-Renaissance fortress was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The units are functional, beautifully maintained with a lovely view as well as devices. The staff is especially helpful and very friendly.

The hotel had a very central location in the center of milano. And we were adjacent to the Duomo and the window, the train station, Duomo, shopping areas and restaurants and the main shopping street.

The room was good sized, it had a shower, terry dressing gowns and slippers. Booked it for £ 817.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, within a close distance from a shopping mall. The deluxe double room we stayed in was newly remodelled.

The place is immaculately clean and nicely presented. The rooms are brand-new and functional, have hypoallergenic pillows. Very good service, the breakfast is extensive and delicious. You can park the car close to hotel. The location is best possible, near famous shops of fashion. And it's just next door to Milan, right next to Duomo and the main shopping streets and the cathedral and shopping area. The restaurant serves delicious Italian food.

The room was luxurious with perfect airco, spacious bathroom, for instance and the location was UNBEATABLE. A shower, terry dressing gowns and slippers were available there.

The staff were efficient and top-class and check-in was early. I had a stylish and luxury room with a contemporary decor. The beds were extremely comfy, and the breakfast was delicious.

Everything is reasonably clean and perfect. The employees are all knowledgeable. There's cosy lobby bar with savoury beverages. Nothing too much trouble, would recomand it...
