The units were a nice size with complimentary earplugs. The location is top, 2 km from The Beatles Story Museum.

We were in a super location just a short walk away from St Johns Market.

The staff was not very helpful.

The staff were affable and offered guidance. The location was perfect and excellent, close to Liverpool Town Hall.

The bedroom was beautifully designed and new-fashioned. It had excellent facilities in the bathroom: a hairdryer, a bidet, and a shower cap.

The setting of hotel was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, close to everything.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect - a 10-15 minute walking distance from a cathedral church. And the area was shopping, short walk to Milan city center, central train station and also Trevi fountain, and the tram, Metro and bus stops.

There was a uncomfortable bed.

Marvellous service and amazing and particularly good location just next door to the center of Milano, in the neighboring rooms, and central train station and also Trevi fountain. Extremely comfy bed in the double room, plus a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

All of the stuff members were amiable and excellant. I ate at a great restaurant for dinner. It was neat, the bed was good. The service was outstanding, including an early check-in.

Really good and very polite staff who were always there to help.

Its location in Milan was magnificent and stunning, right by Cadorna train station, Duomo and the train station and the center of Milano. There was a great dining option, Kfc, only 200 metres from the hotel.

The hotel provides a good service. Make sure you stay in the double room with all the facilites working perfectly and a good bathroom plus view to the interior yard.

Very central location was a plus. Accommodating and friendly staff who were always there to help.

The hotel met every demand, I will choose the place for future trips. I had 2 nights in Milan, spending the time here lovely. The room was kept very clean and available with view to the interior yard, complimentary earplugs, as for instance. A hairdryer, a bidet, and a shower cap were very handy. The property was in the heart of the city. Set near a tram station, which helped to explore Milan.

Perfect place, fairly clean, good value. Location - amazing, near to Piazza del Duomo, an office building that has been divided up with what seemed to be temporary walls, and the center of Milano two minutes walk of the Duomo. Also, to major tourist attractions. Absolutely amazing overall experience.

The hotel was fairly clean based in an Italian style building with really good staff. Marvellous and AMAZING location, at a medium distance from a huge Medieval-Renaissance fortress.

Unique base for exploring Milan. Perfect and quiet place to stay while in Milan. The staff - very very helpful and extremely polite. A nice size room with view to the interior yard and good service. Early check-in, parking outside. Late check out. A great restaurant for dinner.

I had a perfect experience here, everything was perfect, the location was best possible short walk to central train station, Duomo and Milano.

It was in an unbeatable and incredible location with a medieval square nearby. The stuff seemed welcoming and accommodating...

Modern and stylish unit with view to the interior yard.

Comfortable room with view to the interior yard, all the facilites and coffee/tea maker. A nice building in the heart of Milan. Again, not far from a cathedral church. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

Unbeatable and brilliant location to Grande Museo del Duomo di Milano. Early check-in, late check-out.

Came in Milan to relax and have fun, this hotel was cozy base for doing it. I appreciated how very clean the room was. Property's clerk was top!
